Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maczo platform ("Service"). By signing in, claiming an offer, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must have full authority to bind any channel or organisation you connect to the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

3. Roles

The Service supports four roles:

• Publisher — owns one or more Telegram channels and earns from sponsored posts.
• Advertiser — deposits USDT and runs paid campaigns.
• Admin — operates a workspace.
• Superadmin — operates the platform.

4. Publisher obligations

• You own or are authorised to monetise the channels you connect.
• You will not artificially inflate views, subscribers, or clicks (bots, click farms, paid traffic from rebroadcast networks).
• You will not edit or delete a sponsored post within 48 hours of publishing without our consent.
• You will only post content provided through the Service. Modifying creative voids that claim's earnings.
• You will respect frequency caps and cooldowns set by the platform.

5. Advertiser obligations

• You will only promote lawful products and services. Adult, illegal, hate-speech, gambling without licence, and unregulated financial products are prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for your campaign creative and the accuracy of any claims it makes.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed onchain failure or our error.
• You will not attempt to identify or contact publishers off-platform to circumvent fees.

6. Fees & payouts

Maczo retains a platform fee on advertiser spend (set per workspace; visible on your billing page). Publishers earn the remainder, multiplied by their tier bonus. Minimum payout, payout thresholds, and supported networks are shown in the dashboard and may change with notice.

USDT payouts are processed on TRC20 (and other configured networks). We are not responsible for misdirected transfers caused by incorrect wallet addresses supplied by you.

7. View & click measurement

View counts are sourced from Telegram's own counter via authorised bot API. Click counts are recorded on our tracking redirect, filtered for bots and datacenter traffic. Our measurements are final unless you can demonstrate a specific defect.

8. Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, sanctioned-jurisdiction usage, or repeated policy breaches. Funds owed will be returned subject to applicable holds.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about earnings, campaign performance, or third-party platforms (including Telegram itself). Telegram may change its API, view counter behaviour, or policies at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maczo's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect.
